Cultivated and harvested by hand at our indoor farm in Akron, Ohio, our pioppino mushrooms are fresh, gourmet and bursting with flavor. Known for their nutty, earthy flavor and firm texture, pioppino mushrooms are a culinary treasure. Perfect for risottos, soups, stir-fries or roasting, they add depth and richness to any dish. Slender stems and petite caps make them as visually appealing as they are delicious. Grown in small batches with expert care, these nutrient-rich mushrooms are available by the pound for pickup.
To ensure optimal freshness, all orders are thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly paper bags designed to preserve quality.
