    Ingredients: basmati rice, green lentils, lion’s mane mushrooms, cordyceps mushrooms, salt, carrot, green onion, cilantro, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper

    1. Remove lid & fill with boiling water about an inch below the rim.
    2. Stir & replace lid. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir & enjoy.

    Stovetop Directions

    1. Add 1 ¼ cups water and soup mix to a small saucepan.
    2. Bring to a boil, stir, cover, & reduce to a simmer.
    3. Simmer for 2 minutes.
    4. Remove from heat; let sit covered for 5 minutes.
    5. Stir & enjoy.
