Cultivated and harvested by hand at our indoor farm in Akron, Ohio, our lion’s mane mushrooms are fresh, gourmet and bursting with flavor. Their meaty texture makes for an excellent plant-based alternative, perfect for sautés, pastas and main dishes. Grown in small batches with expert care, these nutrient-rich mushrooms are available by the pound for pickup.
To ensure optimal freshness, all orders are thoughtfully packaged in eco-friendly paper bags designed to preserve quality.
