This creamy, flavor-packed dip brings deep, earthy umami to the table with the help of Epiphany’s Oyster Mushroom Umami Seasoning. Blended into tangy sour cream (or soft cream cheese), the seasoning transforms simple ingredients into a rich and savory snack that’s perfect for gatherings, game days, or everyday snacking. Chill for a few hours—or overnight—for best flavor, then serve with chips, crackers, or crisp vegetables for a deliciously addicting bite.

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream (or substitute soft cream cheese)
2 packets (or 2 heaping tablespoons) Epiphany Mushroom Oyster Umami Seasoning
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp chives or green onions, minced (optional)
Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, Oyster Umami Seasoning, salt, and chives or green onions if using.
Stir until fully mixed and smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop. (Overnight is even better.)
Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
